Essential tools
Tool function
Tighten the screws with a cross-head screwdriver
Insulation tape, cable insulation treatment
Use pliers/scissors to strip and fix wires
Electric drill (optional) . If there is no fixed hole in the ceiling, a hole needs to be drilled
Installation environment requirements
The ceiling load-bearing capacity is no less than 30 kilograms
The installation position should be unobstructed from the blade radius of ≥1 meter
The power of the lamp must be cut off before it is connected to electricity
- Installation Steps
① Selection and installation of ceiling fan rods
The product comes with multi-length suspension rods (as shown on the right side of the picture, with different heights available for selection).
Selection method:
Recommended scenarios for the length of the boom
The height of the short pole is less than 2.4 meters
The height of the middle pole is 2.5 to 3.1 meters
A long pole with a height of over 3.2 meters
🔧 Pass the selected suspension rod through the upper decorative cover, connect it to the fan body, and tighten the positioning screws.
② Installation of the ceiling-mounted tray
Find the location of the ceiling power supply
Use expansion screws or the original holes to fix the ceiling base firmly
Make sure the base is not shaking (very crucial)
③ Hoist the main body
The upper rod of the fan body is hung in the hanger groove
Tighten the anti-disengagement pin and the fixing screws
Make sure the fan body can rotate freely without falling off
④ Wire connection
The general wiring method is as follows (based on the wiring in your home) :
The corresponding function of the household wiring outlet, ceiling fan
Live wire (L) L fan wire fan drive
Live wire (L2) or independent control wire LED light wire control
Neutral wire (N) N Common wire. The lamp and the fan share the neutral wire
The ground wire (yellow and green) is GND for leakage protection grounding
⚠️ must be operated with power off
⚠️ must be securely wrapped with insulating tape after connection
⑤ Install the fan blades and lampshade
Align the three fan blades with the corresponding holes on the motor disc
Tighten the screws and ensure even force distribution
Install the LED lampshade and tighten the clips
⑥ Power-on test
🔌 power on → check function
Normal performance of the project
The fan operates smoothly without any shaking
The LED light has normal brightness and no flicker
The remote control/switch positions are adjustable, and the lighting is controllable
If the shaking is too large, → Check the fan blade screws and the bracket fixation again.
